DinoSnorzz Back to the expedition

Token Model v1.6 · Updated 16 September 2026

Proposed parameters.
Recorded controls.

This is an information-only disclosure of the proposed mainnet model for DinoSnorzz. No mainnet token exists and nothing is currently offered for purchase. The document separates proposed rules from unsettled details and explains what an Extinction Event can—and cannot—do.

01

Supply and launch

Proposed supply and mint authority.

The proposed mainnet supply is 1,000,000,000 DINOZZ. A launch route has been selected and recorded privately, but it is not being named publicly before final approval. No mainnet launch has been approved or completed. 22 September is a conditional working target, not a promised launch date.

  • No presale is proposed.
  • No free creator or team token allocation is proposed.
  • The proposed model provides no discretionary ability to mint additional tokens after launch verification.
  • Final supply and launch settings remain subject to pre-launch review.

The selected route remains unpublished while its launch-day transaction, current terms, costs, custody requirements and liquidity treatment are rechecked. Selecting a service does not constitute regulatory approval or endorsement.

02

Creator purchase

Proposed creator purchase and disclosure.

If a mainnet token is launched, the creator currently intends to purchase up to 2% of supply—up to 20,000,000 DINOZZ—using personal funds and within the USD 750 overall launch budget. This would be a disclosed purchase, not a free or reserved allocation or guaranteed fill.

The creator wallet, amount spent, tokens received, effective price and transaction signature will be published. Any sale or transfer from that disclosed holding will remain visible on-chain; no claim will be made that the position cannot lose value.

03

Creator-fee policy

Proposed allocation of eligible net creator fees.

If eligible creator fees are generated and actually received, they are proposed to be assigned using the following rule:

50%Creator compensation
25%Project operations
25%Open-market buy & burn

“Eligible net creator fees” means creator fees actually received and available after mandatory tax provisions and direct claiming or conversion costs. The operations allocation would be held in a separately disclosed Ledger-controlled Operations Reserve rather than a routine software wallet.

Operations Reserve surplus rule: the required reserve is the greater of £300 or the next 12 months of documented committed project costs plus £250 contingency. It is reviewed quarterly. If the monthly balance exceeds 125% of that requirement by at least £25, the amount above the threshold may be added to the Extinction Event budget. The calculation and any transfer would be published.

If no eligible fees are received, the fee mechanism produces no burn budget. Fee arrangements may change and are not controlled by DinoSnorzz.

Devnet rehearsals have not established a reliable creator-revenue stream. The model therefore assumes zero creator revenue until actual eligible receipts are independently verified.

04

Extinction Events

Proposed reporting and burn process.

If a mainnet token is launched and eligible net creator fees are received, the proposed monthly accounting process would report the standard 25% buy-and-burn share and any qualifying Operations Reserve surplus separately. Available funds may be used to purchase DINOZZ on the open market and the acquired tokens may then be permanently burned from a disclosed project-controlled wallet.

  1. Publish the accounting period and eligible fees received.
  2. Show the 50/25/25 calculation, reserve requirement, balance and any qualifying surplus.
  3. Purchase only within published execution and slippage controls.
  4. Burn the acquired tokens and publish supply before, amount burned and supply after.

If the amount is too small or conditions are unsafe, it would roll forward and the monthly report would record that no burn occurred. A 75% maximum supply-reduction ceiling is retained only as a storytelling boundary. It is not an objective, promise, target date or forecast; actual mainnet burns may be zero.

05

Controls and proof

Controls and verification records.

  • Mainnet mint, creator, treasury, Operations Reserve and burn-wallet addresses published before or at launch.
  • Mint authority absent or irrevocably revoked after the fixed supply is verified.
  • No freeze authority.
  • Canonical image and metadata stored permanently, verified after launch and then made immutable.
  • Every creator purchase, fee allocation, reserve-surplus calculation, market purchase and burn linked to evidence.
  • Project-controlled funds moved to multisignature custody before material balances accumulate.
Devnet lifecycle passed

Three test burns reconciled, an oversized burn was rejected, and mint authority was revoked and tested.

Risks and changes

A burn is not a value promise.

DINOZZ would be a high-risk meme token. It could lose some or all of its value. Burns reduce token supply, but do not guarantee demand, liquidity, price appreciation, returns or profit. Creator fees and monthly burn amounts are not guaranteed.

This model is versioned. Material changes will be dated and published before they take effect. The final mainnet model, wallet map and launch manifest remain subject to independent technical review and appropriate legal and tax review.
